Julie's Notes on These Quilts
- President's Stars: After completing one year as president of South Bay Quilt Guild, members gave me quarter yards of fabric. I used these fabrics to create the stars and the diamonds around the edge.
- Star Quilt: This quilt was paper-pieced. Each star has 135 pieces.
- Crib Quilt: A simple, crib-size quilt.
- Jewel Box: This paper-pieced quilt uses 998 different fabrics, truly a scrap quilt.
- Fun with Triangles: This is one of my early quilts.
- Stars and Houses: Multiple colors and a happy scene. I really like the houses you can make with fabrics.
- Sailboats and a Lighthouse: I suppose I could call this a study in colors and geometries, but almost all quilts are, to some degree.
- Hearts: This is one of my earliest quilts, and probably the simplest.
