Julie's Notes on These Quilts

  1. Two Double Wedding Ring Quilts: The one on the left is a mini-quilt, approximately 12 x 18 inches. .
  2. Basket Quilt: A classic.
  3. Circles and Squares: Quite a lot of them, too. Another early quilt.
  4. (No name): I just like experimenting with shapes and colors.
  5. Star Quilt: As with others, lots of tiny pieces. Assembling one of these is a challenge!
  6. Fan Quilt: This was one of my first quilts. It is hand quilted through too many layers of fabric, before I learned to do it right.
  7. My First Quilt: Made in the summer of 1972 while in West Virginia, where I got started with quilting. This quilt is tied; it is the only quilt on the site that is not hand quilted.
